Talent hunt - An art learnt from EM Spectra.

Every Human being is born special and the hidden talents can be exhibited at very rare conditions. Most of them wonder and wander for their cause of birth. The process remains until and unless the person gets some exposure. It is a natural phenomena where we tend to follow somethings from two fundamental senses, i.e., Light and Sound. I always wonder why Infra red and Ultra Violet rays are not seen,Similarly In sound we have Infra and Ultra Sonic waves which are not heard. Apart from that their exposure to mankind is also not good. When I try to find answers for the connectivity between Sound-Light and Mankind, The answer seems to be simple. It's the Visible range which is resonating with us. Similarly In Our Life,Most of the time we find people who are Ultra-headed/ High headed/ Feeling themselves superior, when you try to have some conversation, they tend to answer in a way that you are silly, we normally don't tend to go up with such personalities Some times, we do find people who are Infra-headed/ Inferior, We can't force up on then always to join hands for some constructive work. They gotta be neglected.What normally we tend to do is move with person who can identify us/who can hear us.
Let me narrate this with an instances.
# Instance 1:
When You Face your BOSS.
TYPE 1 Boss: [Cool, Calm and Hardworking Nature]
Imagine that you are on to some talent hunt, where you need to find some one who is capable of doing things/getting things done. Here the way how we reach that person is different, we will be smooth with him as we know that he is important to us, we will not tend to blast him, but some how we will try to get our things done in smarter way though he is slightly incapable of achieving the targets, we boost him up and some how we ensure that the team is well built by some words of worth!
TYPE 2 Boss: [Anger, Frustrated but Talented Nature]
When he is slightly incapable of getting things done. The way how we react is different, we begin to bombard him he is brittle/ if he is not serious. The other option is we try to expose his incapability and make fun of him.Just go after him and trigger him, finally Fire him out of the job. The candidate or the talent you have hunt is not in exposure range and thereby the team that has to be built will be ruined.
This is a reality where each and every one get into this team management.
As an youngster, how do we go with Boss 1` and 2?
For Boss 1, We need not do anything special to convince him, we just need to follow his orders, as we know that he is always there beside us. That is enough to get recognized in an organisation where we need not please any one but if you work as an individual for the team where you create an exposure to team as well will lead to success. It's very rare to find bosses of this kind, if we find such bosses, we never get a feel to 'QUIT'
For Boss 2: We must get all the things from previous blogs, Collimation (Anger Management), On Similar note, we get a well resolved spectra, when we collimate it in spectrometer.
Stay Calm, Relax and always you gotta hit the bulls eye. Run hard to get an exposure in organisation. Here, It's all about individual than team. You gotta run for your life. Survival of the fittest. Most of us find Boss in this category who is normally insane with their attitude.
The perception from both the side is well defined, Its up to us to go ahead for Constructive/Destructive modes.
Constructive modes gives us better results and much more amplitudes.
Destructive modes will not give us anything, The team itself is flop.
Whatever the mode you choose, You gotta be lucky because you have been detected!
As we know that in a EM Spectra,which Ranges from 100fm to 1m,out of which we can see only between 400nm - 700 nm.

Life is fun, full of colors and we tend to meet very few people who can get adjusted to us, so better not give up/ lose them up apart from that, Talent hunt goes on with a huge range, we gotta feel lucky for being identified..
