RESONANCE : A GURU-STUDENT phenomena
Dear Friends,
Firstly, I would like to bow to all my teachers who always play a pivotal role in enhancing my skills.
Resonance is a phenomena which completely depends on reflection and reciprocation. The word 'Resonance' is derived from Latin (Resonre) meaning resound. The Sound and It's Resonance reciprocate the Great Deal of Guru-Sisya System. This Guru- Sisya Parampara has a very ancient technique where the Education system during those days were completely by 'Karna-Parampara' (Listening ). There was no room for Likhita Patah: (Handwritten Notes). If this was the kind of system in our ancient times which we often hear, Then Imagine, Why do we fail? What makes us to be so much dependent on Notes? These were the questions which were running on my mind for the past one month. Again, as expected, the answers were given by Physics on this auspicious day "Guru Purnima" based on the concept "Resonance". Which is defined as the condition in which an object/system is subjected to an oscillating force having frequency close to its own natural frequency.
This resonance plays a very big role, as per its definition, when a teacher utters something, student has to reciprocate flawlessly. I think probably the would have molded student in a way such that his mind get registered over those words/statements made by guru.

When student get's into limelight of his Guru, his electrical characteristics are enhanced, there by the mode of interest in subject also increases, Results in giving out the amplitude of super-imposed knowledge waves of a Student-Teacher.
If these things are to happen, there is something that plays a vital role in human brain, mind and their thoughts. Further on investigating on mythological characters like Drona-Ekalavya, The Guru Bhakthi was maximum in those days, We can't expect student to cut his thumb and then donate it as Guru-Dakshina nowadays, and We normally don't do it, even teachers don't ask our thumb.
What normally a teacher expects from a student is his enhancement, up-gradation of skills on his field of interest. Instead of respecting a teacher who sacrifices a lot, we people begin to criticize him, "Guru Nindana" its the reason where people actually fall, and the current trend in academics is also towards the fall.

If Both waves are matching, then ultimately they get collapsed. When soldiers march over a bridge which generates a rhythmic oscillation of sine waves on bridge, At certain point if the rhythm matches with marching steps, the bridge would start oscillating and finally it may collapse.
There are 2 ways of resonance which are mentioned in blog, Electrical Resonance (Constructive) and Mechanical Resonance (Destructive). Which one do we choose for a healthy Teacher - Student Relationship?
Why don't we go back to ages, and start up with 'Karna-Parampara' by avoiding the concept of NOTES is the one that runs on my brain..
Moral:
Never try to find out mistakes of your GURU. That puts the confidence of your GURU down.
Guru Vandana makes us stronger, Guru Nindana makes us weaker.
Alphabet, N comes first, only then V, Things that come in an easy path will not give us strength. Though it is tough, with all energy and wit, Run hard to V which is very much distant from A.
On account of Guru Poornima, I show my sincere gratitude to all my teachers through this Blog.

Even the above pic is not current system, A teacher can not punish his student.

The Traditional way where students discuss a lot when teacher turns towards the board.

The way how students were thought,
Student's used to stand and listen their Guru's Orders.
