EXERGY IS WHAT WE MUST GAUGE!
Dear Friends,
I have always heard that matching someone’s energy is
tough/someone’s capability would be often referred to energy. I have heard few
of my friends stating that, “It is tough to match energy of some great person”.
It is not energy that we must look at. Now, I realized that exergy is the parameter
which defines the ability of a person, it is not energy.
The total energy of
the system is a combination of Exergy as well as Anergy. Exergy of a system is referred
as the available energy to do useful work whereas the anergy deals with energy
which does not produce useful work. Most
of us, use energy as a parameter to gauge the capability of a person/system.
But due to conservation laws, we don’t get exact/ideal cases of a system. The
moment we deal with exergy, it doesn’t obey conservation laws as it clear to
states. For example, out of 100 Joules; I can burn only 20 Joules, remaining 80 Joules is
within the system. That unaccounted 80 Joules of energy is the incapability of
the system/flaw in system which drops the efficacy of a system.
If I have to correlate with our day to day life, every one of
us has the same 24 hours. How much of knowledge we gain in a day is what our
day is made up of. Especially, on D-Day we would have seen ourselves performing
more activities in limited period of time whereas on a boring holiday the story
is different, where we see the prolonged time. This is because anergy in us is
more than exergy. On D-Day’s, we would have shown up our exergy. If we know our
exergy, then we would be able to convert every moment, every energy (i.e.,
emotions within) into useful work/productive work exergy.
Human Mind is fantastic, but at times its lunatic, we must know what to channelize and what not to..
This has made me
realize because, in my earlier articles, I would have quoted on anger
management/anger as energy but, that energy can be anergy in most of the cases,
to convert anergy into exergy we must use our brains/mind properly. Let me
narrate with an example: If a person does not appreciate you for the job, we
normally tend to seek appreciations as a factor of motivation. If that does not
happen, then we tend to work more and try to grab attention. If he is an
attention seeker, he will be either trying to impress it in better way and make
things presentable. That is what exergy and that makes person exergetic.
This picture reminds me what Energy is all about
There are few attention seekers who take it negatively and
then they tend to create harm in reputation of the person who was supposed to
be motivated. This action is due to Anergy. If the same if it is used in better
way of presentation, that would enhance the name of organization and people
would enchant his name for his efforts in converting the things into positive
work. People do remember for negativity, but it is not healthy for both organizations
as well as self. I wish that all us must gain capability to find our anergy and
then we re-innovate ourselves to convert into exergy and then focus on our
energy.
