Materials Science- In technology of Senses.
Dear Friends,
I was not able to write anything in the previous week because I met with an accident, Today's article was supposed to be #50, and it was supposed to be marked as 1st year anniversary for this blog. Unfortunately/Fortunately it is #49 and Today, I feel happy that this accident has given me some insights of materials science within. We may think that we have advanced so much in field of science and technology when it is on par with mechanism of human brain, we are lagging far behind. There is lot to achieve as our brain involuntarily performs the action in right direction. What is the mechanism? Or Does science has anything to do with this? I questioned it several times before I could write something based on this. Yeah! It's a mechanical engineering concept. They know first aid better than us, and they know when to treat much better than us. This accident has been my eye-opener in understanding my senses. Still, I have my egos which fails to accept the fact. I wish that we must realize the beauty of incidents with such accidents. Going back to memory, few minutes before I fell my hands and my legs were completely free........
Soon After the Impact.

Master Mind Commands: Get the compressive force into action for all the affected nodes.
The moment I fell, the affected area was completely arrested.The brain has commanded to apply compressive force immediately after the impact. The complete compression is comprehension for arrest mechanism. Why should it compress? To avoid crack propagation, compression is the best option. This particular technique in the god gifted engineering has played a vital role in world of machines. However, We must note that the action taken to resolve the problem is slower compared to brain. Hardly few seconds, you are into compression mode.

Master Mind Commands: Its time to create the nucleation center for recovery with the help of heat treatment.
During recovery, the thermodynamic part comes into the picture.
We must have observed the production of heat in the vicinity of injured area. Why is this mechanism happening? Why the ointment melts as you apply on the injured region? There is science behind this? The melt, is to make sure that the ointment is a homogeneously applied on the wound. It is then subjected to normalization(A process during heat treatment, where the material is subjected to cooling in presence of air),it throws out some puss, i.e.,to expel the excess of chemicals. If we have observed or not, the outermost layer gets healed first, and slowly the central part gets healed. This is very similar to recovery and creation of nucleation which happens during heat treatment. We must have noticed that the central part of wound delays in healing. The central part is the nucleation center.

Bottom Line; We Think, technology and science has advanced a lot, but we must realize that, the automated scientific machine created by almighty is in the most advanced state.
