Dear Friends, Todays blog is on water and it's 3 faces/ Phases. For me, Phase and face are same because, we human too undergo the same conditions. We do deal with Phases in life. It may be more philosophical this evening, but the truth revolves around understanding simple things in this complicated universe. We know water can exhibit as Solid, Liquid and Gaseous Phase where they vary with respect to pressure and temperature. Similarly, Even we are made up several phases, every second, every day, we change our color. Why? What makes us change? It often wonders me.. To this question, I was supposed to relax for a while and had a glass of water. This gave me a picture on how we treat the water. In case of taking bath, we prefer Steam/ Hot Water. Dear Friends, I always wonder why People are complex to understand? What make us feel positive when we find some like minded people?? It's a simple sign convention. We know that when ever there is a symmetric operation, the resultant will have a positive sign convention, but if we have an anti-symmetric operation, then our result is with a negative sign. Positive and negative sign indicates how much the functions are co-relating with each other. The sign convention in Central force field is Quite different, clubbing both I get some strange coincidental instances in life. Dear Friends, I am not sure how business works, but today I have got a thought on interlinking the Business Cycle with LASER level system. Imagine, that there is a very good product which is manufactured by some company X, and if it has to be sold to customer, the product has to be marketed through a proper channel. If the company X ignores marketing it then the product appears to be a flop. There should be a marketing team in between Customer and Manufacturer. Now we have 3 level system, even then Meeting Sole Manufacturer and getting it may be difficult as the SUPPLY- DEMAND ratio might be high, so there might be delay in delivery of the product. In case, if he has another distribution section, the managing the crowd would be easier. That's how the four level LASER system works. Good evening, My dear friends, I was not able to write blogs for the past 2 weeks as I was on my official trip. Todays discussion will be exclusively based on the possessiveness and their effects. Dear Friends, Why do we conclude that all the government officials/ all the government administrators/people in admin blocks are bad at work/ Lazy? What makes us conclude in that way? I think, it must be symmetry in nature. The job specification of an administrator is most mechanical/ stereotypical job. They are basically not task oriented. They undergo Deja vu very often. Good evening, I magination is beautiful, but when we put those things on paper they seem to be abstract and difficult. Apart from this, Imagination has to be accounted, although it takes you into a complex scenario.  An ordinary wave what we see is just Cosine/ Sine wave. What happens when both the waves are merged?? What happens when we see when the two complementary personalities face each other?? We see that both are right, and the result between those two personalities are always nondeterministic. Dear Friends, I always wonder what happens when we are so attached to a person, we behave so rigid, If the binding between the two is more, then we see that there is some separation that  happens. I always find it difficult to digest, when 2 friends set up some limitations after some time.. I do question myself sometimes weather keeping up the distance is good/bad? I finally got the answer, when the theory of diatomic molecule as a rigid rotor which claims that faster the rotation of the molecule, there is an increase in bond length, thereby resulting in Centrifugal Distortion.
