Change Is Good!!

Image
Dear Friends, Exactly, Eighty Eight years ago, Sir C V Raman Published his paper "New Theory of Radiation", this paper indeed fetched nobel prize and made India proud. This day is celebrated as National Science Day in India, Normally we celebrate it on 28th Feb.  What was his work all about is a quest in my mind. His work told me that, When ever you find yourselves lazy/you seem to be clueless are cornered, Just trigger your mind, a change would make you work forward for better results. What do I mean by these words? I will just come back with it. Rayleigh scattering, No change in wavelength. Stokes Scattering: Results, in change of wavelength, where the energy of scattered photon is lesser than the energy of incident photon. Anti-Stokes Scattering: Results in change of wavelength where the energy of scattered photon is more than the energy of incident photon. Ramans theory on scatering was new because, his idea was on inelastic scattering, i.e., the kinetic en...

LASER = Success Mantra.

Image
Dear Friends, Few things that makes me jealous is on people who are highly focused, talented and their perseverance on a field makes me to relate their inspiration with properties of LASER light. Since I am jealous, I prefer to credit LASER than people with success. Indeed, post invent of LASER, the world of science and technology have more contributions to mankind in their kitty. I bow to all the scientists you have made our lives simple. The beauty of those people whom I bow, they all belong to the categories of LASER. Those saints they are in their own world, and their energy levels are high, their focus on a problem is incredible. These are the same characters which are mimicked by LASER. The first property of LASER is on their monochromatic nature. The above slide explains on how we are and how successful people are. 1) #MONOCHROMATIC NATURE: It is an aspiring gauge. The beauty of monochromatic nature in human beings are often fascinating, In ea...

Bonding and their Chemistry

Image
Dear Friends, Today is the day for love, where we see people being so romantic, the chemistry between couples is found to be on higher amplitude, their bondage seems to remain for eternity. If this is true then there must something behind this... The way we get into this relationship is based on our destiny. Where as, in view of atoms, it is to form a happy stable life. Isn't that matching with our human life? Even we get into bonding to form a life which keeps us stable. Since we are all made up of atoms, we must ensure that we have high stability in relationships. The two basic bonds often strike me when ever I think about relationships. Ionic and covalent bonds play a vital role which gave me some insights on bonding. Similarly, there are two ways of having stable relationship, 1) Surrender or 2) Sign a treaty. Surrender ---- Ionic Bonding It is known that it is very difficult to dissociate a person who has completely surrendered himself for his stable life. We humans ...

Are You as transparent as Glass? Then you gotta meet Prof Zachariasen

Image
Dear Friends, I find hard to understand with those people who are completely transparent in thoughts and emotions. In fact relationship with people who are as transparent as glass are very delicate and we are prone to get away from each other if they are not our child hood friends/family members. Sometimes I question myself that should we fake ourselves with people? Or Should we hide some pictures? What makes them feel weird? Where does this work? I don't understand. When I hear GLASS, which is defined as "an inorganic product of fusion which has cooled to a rigid condition without crystallizing." Every individuals perception on transparency is this! where we feel that people are able to understand the emotional part and intellectual part as well.. But.. This is how it feels for the one who experiences our transparency . We always end up being puzzled and blank. Firstly, from definition, if the fused product doesn't crystallize, then it must be...
